IP turret camera with good night view and mp4 stream

Hello,
I am still in the process to replace my ReoLink-Dome cameras with better IP turret cameras.
Why would I like to replace my ReoLink ? The night view is really bad.

At the moment, I have 2 other cams here:
Annke C500 (I51DF)/HikVision / V5.5.116 build 200512
Dahua IPC-HDW5442TM-AS-LED / V2.800.0000000.19.R, Build Date: 2020-07-09

What I need:

• good view by night
• good and fast photos by night (distance approx. 8 meter) - via motion detection
• good videos (mp4) by night (distance approx. 5 meter) - via motion detection

Annke:
- has no mp4-ftp-upload for motion detection, only jpeg-ftp-upload
Dahua:
- has no mp4-ftp-upload for motion detection, only video dav-ftp-upload

Due to the fact, that I do not want to install a DVR, I am looking for any hint which cam will be the best.
At the moment I am using a Dahua Doorbell (VTO2000a) I would prefer Dahua or HikVison.

Any hint is welcome.

NFS or SMB/CIFS is not yet implemeted, but can be done.
