ipc 5442 blurry.

I purchased some cameras from Andy on Amazon. I have one that is blurry no matter what I change on it. have tried factory resetting and even cleaning the lense with no luck. see attached images. any help would be appreciated From Blue iris:

What is bitrate, codec and FPS?

Some have had an issue where their field of view is blurry and folks have taken it apart and manually adjusted it.

Yup, it's very likely a lens position issue. Typically, folks disassemble, then break free the glue on the lens, and adjust it in VERY tiny amounts while watching the video. When it's sharp, close it back up and re-mount it.

Or send it back to Andy (if you bought from him!) and request a warranty replacement.

Try upping the bit rate to 1024. If that doesn't at least start to clear it, then contact Andy with the problem.

Change it to H264 codec. It looks like it is going overboard on the macroblocking, along with the lower bitrate.
