IPC-Color4K-T and IPC-Color4K-T180 230227 Firmware

The issue comes up on BlueIris. It seems like when it goes into night or day mode it will get all garbled on BI. Within BI if I select restart camera it restores the image.

I only just received these cameras and have not set anything up, just testing them on the bench right now. All the settings are on default at the moment.

In that case it is probably the codec being used in the camera. Change to H264H and general codec and FPS at 15 and iframes at 15.

I am using it fine in BI.

Those are the settings I have. I just switched to H264 (standard not H) to see if it will help

Clearing out the plugins worked for me. I only have this firmware on one of my 4K T cams. It's been working fine since I cleared plugins and re-installed.

What does clearing plugins mean? Not sure if it's related since I'm not using the browser UI interface and I'm seeing the garbled video on BI

Andy sent me over 3.120.0000000.39.R.230918 and initial testing seems that this older firmware resolves the problem. Seems like a bug in the latest firmware V3.140.0000000.22.R.240618.

When you installed the 3.120.0000000.39.R.230918 firmware, what browser did you use?
