IPC-Color4K-T180 Intermittent 'No Signal' in BI

I've had 17 drops on 7 days since i last cleared the log. Cam180 But I hadn't heard about the fix mentioned above.
Are you running on a POE switch that is rated 802.3AT ? or 802.3Af?

Where can a guy enable " decoder compatibility mode?" is it know by another name in BI or on the Camera?

I have same camera, and getting dropped signal maybe 20-30 times a day. dropped in recording also, so not just BI. I brought the camera inside and connected it to my switch directly, and the errors stopped, so I assumed it was the (outdoor, exposed) ethernet cable, and planned to replace when weather cooperated. But reading this, I checked the decoder compatibility option, and to my surprise and joy, the errors stopped! So no need to re run the ethernet run.... thanks!
