DAHUA will have a 8MP deterence camera coming out later this weekend. The LED light will change to warm yellow light.
It would be great if they could have these same features, in the 2MP and 4MP versions. 8MP is just too much for the average user. JMOP.
Not sure how many here will go for the 8MP because of the 1/2.8" sensor, I am sure daytime video rocks, but would have to see night video. It would be great if they could have these same features, in the 2MP and 4MP versions. 8MP is just too much for the average user. JMOP.
For me this may be a sell. We have a pool with family events, or use to prior to this Pandemic mess, and the wife and I were the host and photographers/videographers of our grandkids. This takes away from our fun with the kids, having one of these 8MP to capture our event would be great.
This high MP really should be in a 2/3" size minimum for low light, and 1/1.8" minimum for daylight but I guess we'll see. Maybe technology is advancing quickly enough where tiny sensors care more capable than older and larger sensors.
DORI and FoV seem the same asHey Andy, is the IPC-HDW5442T-ZE a 4.4:1 varifocal or 2.2:1?
if I look at the lens spec, it say 2.7mm to 12mm, implying 4.4:1. While the other specs (field of view, DORI) imply 2.2:1 (ie 2.7mm to 6mm)
