IPC-HFW5231E-Z12 licence plate blown out at night. Help fixing

Hi just got IPC-HFW5231E-Z12 cams from Andy and they are looking great.

But the license plates are blown out. Anyone have a good tut on tweaking this? What is lamp post setting?

There is an entire section of this forum dedicated to LPR. It wont work out of the box.
You need to setup the camera specifically for this....you cannot use it for anything else ...
