Andy, I have 2 of your No Logo Loryta IPC-T5442TM-AS cameras. 1 - 2.8mm and the other 3.6mm. Both are great cameras. I just re updated the No Logo firmware on 1 and have no change. I then did the factory reset and then the Defaults reset. No change. When I log into the camera with a web browser it will not show me the "Device Type". My 16 other cameras all display their model #, but not the 2 Loryta cameras. Even my Amcrest cameras flashed to Dahua firmware show it. The browser window even shows "Dahua Technology" for the flashed Amcrest cameras. The browser window for the Loryta cameras just show as "IP Camera".

Is there any way I can get the browser window to show "IPC-T5442TM-AS"?

Files available at have 5xxx instead of 4xxx index. My camera gives me "Update package invalid and update failed. Device will reboot immediately". Tried both
DH_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.12.R.200319
and
DH_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.12.R.200319
Did you extract .bin file out of the .rar file before you updated? I haven’t tried it yet. I was planning to do it tomorrow when I was at the site with the camera.

Sure, I extracted .bin from rar archive. Let me know how it goes with your cameras and if they are IPC-T branded or IPC-HDW.

I had the exact same problem. I extracted the .rar file and it wouldn't take it. I tried both files. My cameras were bought directly from Andy at Empiretech.

I had the same problem with the HDW5442TM-AS-LED but as you can see it worked on a HFW5241TP-AS-PV

It has nothing to do with the cameras from @EMPIRETECANDY. The firmware's work on cameras from him however @EMPIRETECANDY told me that nobody should be attempting to install any firmware unless he posts it here on the forum or you risk bricking the camera. The reason you can't load the HX5XXX firmware is because the 5442 camera requires a HX4XXX firmware. I didn't notice that at first.
