IPC-T2231T-ZS IPC-T2431T-AS 2022 IPC-HX2XXX-Molec_MultiLang_PN_V2.820.0000000.48.R.220614.bin

Thanks for reporting to us, will release more firmware to update here soon . Logo and no logo both can be downloaded now.

I just purchased the camera (Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS 3.6mm) from Andy's store on Amazon, and I can't upgrade.
Is the firmware listed in the word file at the top of this thread the correct one?

Will post the 2431T firmware soon.
Dahua has some mistakes, they use 2 different files for differnt lots, so the IPC-T2431T-AS firmware has earlier version and latest new version.
I will make a new thread very soon.

Even today Amazon is selling the old version of the camera: I purchased a number of them from Amazon in the last 2 weeks and I had to load the firmware from the 2019 batches

Correct, that is not be a problem, both 2 firmware still can be updated. :)

Andy: What is status of firmware update for HDW2231T-ZS-S2? Word doc in top post doesn't open. Is it a bad link or is a different update pending?

I have a IPC-HDW2231T-ZS-S2 that works OK except Blue Iris image goes bizarre (see below) at random periods: jpg snapshot much bigger (500K-900K) than normal (200K).

When I check it, image looks OK on NVR and web browser. Do I need a firmware update or is this a Blue Iris issue?

Update: I think my intermittent IPC-HDW2231T-ZS-S2 image problem was fixed by the latest Blue Iris update (Release 5.2.9.14 x64 (6/9/2020)). It's hard to be sure with intermittent problems but images have been normal for three days.

Just update the latest new firmware on this link, guys go to download and update!

Updated my 2231T-ZS-S2 with V2.800.0000000.19.R, Build Date: 2020-06-28 today, now I cannot adjust Zoom and focus (well, actually the controls to adjust works, so viewing the video under Live or similar is a workaround)

In both Firefox and Chrome, the video is blank and in the Developer Console, there is a Javascript error:

Code:
Uncaught ReferenceError: channel is not defined
    at d.render (cameraNewConfig.js:4)
    at d.init (cameraNewConfig.js:4)
    at d.c.exports (pageBase.js:1)

Question- is the zoom & focus tab still working for everyone on this new firmware? I upgraded my IPC-2231T-ZS to the linked firmware and now the zoom and focus tab is not responding at all. Can't view the camera feed nor change the zoom values. Any ideas? I tried on chrome, IE, and edge. None worked.

I'm also having the same issue with my IPC-HDW5231R-ZE that I updated with firmware from Andy's other link here: New Firmware for IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_Eng_NP_Stream3_V2.800.20190807

Get it, so you have 2 different FW version for this model right?
DH_IPC-HX2XXX-Molec_MultiLang_PN-CustomPro_name_V2.800.10LZ000.0.R.200628.zip

This is the latest new one, there is no further update.

This firmware works on some of the cameras, but not on others. All cameras are Loryta IPC-T2431T-AS that I bought through your store on Amazon. Thus I will need the updated version of the "old" firmware (so confusing, same model number, but different firmware as they were 2019 production batches.)

Added, can download from 1st page.

Does anyone know what this firmware adds or fixes? I'm inclined not to update because I don't have anything particularly wrong with the cameras. But what does this firmware address?

Has anyone experienced any issues with this firmware?

I can't login to the camera on chrome, - it just sits on the username password screen (it does fail if the password is wrong).
- Interestingly I can login using Safari but the interface seems bogged down and super slow.

I've tried resetting the camera (IPC-HDW2231T-ZS-S2) - didn't help.

Is there newer firmware or am I able to go back to the older firmware? if so how?
Did you try going to the left of the URL and clicking next to the padlock icon? Check to see if Chrome is enabling FLASH in the page. I have much better results when I do enable it for the IPC-HDW2831T-ZS-S2 camera's management UI.
