Yesterday I received my first surveillance camera ever, a IPC-T5442T-ZE. Today I tried to set it up, following the setup instructions in the Cliff Notes. Unfortunately, after having changed the admin password, I can not login anymore. I use a password manager and am pretty sure I entered and verified the right password. And no, capslock is not on 
I followed the "Forgot password" procedure by scanning the QR code and sending the security code to support_gpwd@htmicroship.com. Their response was: "We failed to process your password reset(ERROR CODE: ECK02 ). The QR code may be invalid. Please make sure you have scanned the right QR code and send again. Sorry for the inconvenience".
Can anyone tell me how to perform a hardware reset of the camera?

I opened it, pushed the reset button for about 30 seconds and was able to perform the setup procedure all over again.
