Would someone please clue me in on how to get support from the ipcamtalk store?
I need some help to get the key for the Blue Iris software.
I downloaded the SW, installed it, and it is running well - but only in demo mode.
When I go the Store Account page and look at my order, the space for the Serial Keys is blank.
I left 2 messages via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, but no response or acknowledgement.
Maybe I'm doing this wrong.
Is there a way to get support? An email address maybe?
