IR differences question

Here's the night-time footage with the newer-LED's (notice how its hard to pick up facial recognition)

All depend how the camera exposure has been setup how good it is at night to avoid ghost effect so for what I see it's average.

I've been thinking of testing out a Hikvision Matrix-IR (even though I prefer to deal with mostly Dahua stuff) though I don't know if the Matrix-IR it utilizes the newer SMD-LED's
