IR/Night vision problem 2CD2132

Hi Guys

I have a problem with night mode and IR lights on my Hikvision 2CD2132.
I think an image shows the problem:

I tried different image settings, but no difference.
I think it has something to do with the dome reflecting the IR lights.

Looks to me like the IR is reflecting off the brick wall.

Try it with the dome off.

I have a much better result without the dome.
Does it depend on how you mount the dome? Or is it just cleaning?

WOW is that from the seal around the camera not working properly?

I cleaned the dome and mounted it differently.
Maybe it was just the cleaning or maybe the dome that is not perfectly round?
Strange...

I cleaned with a window cleaning product, it always has that blue color.
