Seems like i can't access blueirissoftware.com and when i try to connect to my cameras from the app its not connecting.
10/4 thanks! I guess i have some fun network troubleshooting to do tonight.The Blue Iris website is down on my end as well.
But Blue Iris itself runs on your own computer, so that shouldn't impact it. To confirm, I just opened up the console, UI3, and the app.
So unless you have some connection with their servers and your system, it shouldn't be an issue.
If you are using the built in BI DDNS service to update your ip address then it will cause a connection problem. Thank’s! I turned off the “Look up Key at each login” and now I can connectI wasn’t able to connect to BI when I’m on my LAN but figured out that in the settings on my phone I had the “Look up Key at each login” turned on. This of course won’t work if the BI website is down.
I use a VPN now so it really doesn’t need to be turned on.
