Is the slash/zero icon from a Sentry?

Notice that there are various clips that have a O with a slash through it.

The one highlighted has this icon yet I am in the image.

What is your "Combine or cut video each:" setting under the Record tab for that camera?

What is your "Combine or cut video each:" setting under the Record tab for that camera?
It was one hour when I posted this. I’ve since removed it believing it is best practice.

I just checked and I still have this icon in my alerts.

The slash/zero means the alert was cancelled by Sentry because no human was detected. From your screen shot, it appears we did not catch you while you were bent over. This is a false negative (i.e. error on our side stating no one was there but someone was actually there). If you would like us to investigate further, submit a support ticket to support@smarthomesentry.com with the following information:

Issue: False negative
sentry_id: xxxx
camera name: xxxx
Time of clip with timezone: 6/26/2019 10:45:05 PM PST (based on clip list example above)
