The slash/zero means the alert was cancelled by Sentry because no human was detected. From your screen shot, it appears we did not catch you while you were bent over. This is a false negative (i.e. error on our side stating no one was there but someone was actually there). If you would like us to investigate further, submit a support ticket to support@smarthomesentry.com with the following information:
