is there a Blue Iris homologie for MAC OSX ?

I start installing my webcam, so I am learning how to do it more or less correctly.
I see everybody is enthusiast about Blue Iris, but this seems to be Windows-only.
Is there a similar program for the iMac (and possibly for iPhone/iPad) ?

there are vms that run on mac..google..blue iris is lightyears ahead of all of them
it is silly to use a mac for vms..you want a dedicated machine...cost is 100-400 depending on needs.
