Issue with camera Trendnet TV-IP4000W

Hi Everyone,

I just upgrade to version 4 and I have 3 camera, 2 are Foscam, working fine but i have a other one Trendnet TV-IP400W who show me only 2-3 pixel line of my camera at the top and the rest is green only, but the ptz feature is working.

Is anyone get the same situation.

Same thing happening to me with the TV-IP2000W (running BI 4 64 bit on win7). If I start BI 3 32bit, I can see the image without any problem.

Yes i send a e-mail to support yesterday and waiting for a feedback from them.

I re-install the software version 4 but 32 bits, not 64 and that fix my issue.

It's really a bug with the 64 bits version.

Problems was fixed for me with update .12
