Issue with Reolink camera

Happy Holidays,
I have a new reolink camera, I was able to add it to BI but 2/3 of the green is green and the third that is showing is fuzzy, any ideas?

known issue w/reolink; if you want to use Blueiris then send the reolink back and get something else.

I got it to work, it was the hardware acceleration button, works like a charm, thanks

thats not really a solution because hardware acceleration is important to keep cpu consumption down.

Actually, it is the hardware decoding option I disabled, is that the same?

it is; hardware decoding is pretty much required to reach any reasonable scale w/BlueIris.. If you just have one of these things then this can be an acceptable work around; but dont add any more like this as its soon going to crush your NVR.. Ive seen people go from 25% cpu load to 80% cpu load by flipping hardware acceleration/decoding off.

I have 7 cameras and am clocking about 28% so it seems ok for now, I will monitor it.
