Issues with Dongjia Digital Mini PTZ DJ-IPPTZ503-A13 Camera from uncle Ali

Hi i'm new here.
i have an issue with a PTZ mini dome it is a Hikvision or Huisun clone from aliexpress i shall stick a picture of the camera in this subject.

The Problem:
After a power reboot i cant login anymore and the boot sequence is not working anymore.

I can ping the camera on ip adres 192.168.0.99
I can telnet the device on ip adres 192.168.0.99 3232 but is dont have the username and password.

Is there someone who can provide me with the username and pass for telnet.
And does somebody knows how to CPR my camera.

maybe i can flash it with new firmware or something like that.

No i didnt solve the issue i put it in a box for spare Parts

I have a new Jennov 4K version of this cam as well as a couple older models that I think are Dongjia since the model number starts with DJ- and there is no brand name anywhere to be seen.

On Dongjia cams, I have been able to telnet in but not been able to navigate around ( that activity is above my pay grade ) ....
