Issues with Hikvision IP audio

Hi,

Hi, I've recently installed a hybrid PoE/analog NVR running 3 IP cameras with microphones, DS-2CD2555FWD is the model of the cams I believe.

I'm having all kinds of issues with the audio. One of the cameras works fine in all regards. Audio works on playback, live view and recording on both the web viewer and iVMS.

The other two cameras have identical settings, and if I access them via IP directly I can hear audio. If I use the web player or iVMS then I cannot hear audio, the audio is also not recorded for those two cameras.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm thoroughly out of ideas.

A slightly dumb question, for which apologies :
Is the NVR set to use the Video Type 'Video/Audio' selection for the problem cameras?
Plus (this is presumably dependent on the model and firmware version) on the NVR web GUI under 'Storage | Advanced' is 'Record Audio' ticked?
