iVMS-4200 slow motion camera dysplay

Hi,
I have recently installed Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16 with 12 DS-2CD2132F-IS cameras. System works very nice and the quality is superb. But I have also installed iVMS-4200 on customer's computer and the live view for all cameras is very slow. Everything is in slow motion.
What settings do I need to change on the NVR or on iVMS-4200 to have a smooth preview on the remote computer. Internet speeds are 20/20 on both ends so that shouldn't be a problem.

My guess is that either the bandwidth or the CPU / graphics capacity of the remote computer is insufficient for the video stream.


System works very nice and the quality is superb.

Is this from a local computer using local access?
