Hi,

Has anyone got this to work? I am able to use this app to connect to internal IP address, but am struggling with what settings to use for no-ip.

Thank you fenderman. I tried this but the app keeps saying that this is invalid. My settings are IP Doman = no-ip hostname; Port = my open port. I keep getting the error "Receiving data from the camera timed out". I know the settings are correct, because if i use Ip Cam i get the camera.

Remember that ivms4500 uses ONLY the media port, not the HTTP port like ipcamviewer...so yo must forward the media port (default 8000) and enter it as the port number.

By Media, do you mean the RTSP port? Thank you for the help and advice in advance. I've configured the port forward for HTTP from 80 to 90 (8000 to 8100) and then the RTSP from 554 to 556. Do I enter 556 as the media port? Thank you so much in advance for your help fenderman.

No, if you login to the camera, advanced settings>network>ports...there will be a media port, default 8000..
