NVR: NVR-108MH-C / 8P
NVR: Firmware V4.30.216 build 231229
Cameras: Im not exactly sure how to check the model numbers, as its only the NVR that shows up on SADP or IVMS search with the cameras under it.

Hello,

I've recently set up a new PC and reinstalled IVMS as part of the process.

While exploring the software, I attempted to access the Remote Playback feature and enabled the Human and Vehicle detection options to view event markers on the timeline.

However, I've noticed that one of my cameras is not displaying these markers, despite having done so previously on my older PC.

I'm trying to troubleshoot the issue and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem

Camera with the issue bellow.

r/Hikvision - IVMS not showing Human/Vechicle event markers for some cameras

Other cameras are working fine

When checking the event settings for the cameras, they both seem to be setup the same.

Linkeage methods are set to "Notify Surveillance Center"

Does anybody know what the issue here could be

Kindest Regards.

Some may have AcuSearch enabled and some may not. Check if AcuSearch is enabled in each camera. Some may not even support it.

Good luck

Appreciate the response, this camera deffietley does have the ability to search, as it was working previously. However ever since i changed PC's and installed the software theres been issues with it

Then it can be problem with NVR, how its storing metadata on HDD. Do you have option to press "Rebuild Database and videos" under HDD settings?

I dont see that option when logging into the NVR via the IP address. Is this something i will need to connect a monitor to the NVR to check?

If i were on your place, i would factory restore everything and set it up all again. Check the firmwares on devices before setting it up.
