IVMS on T-Mobile with DDNS

I have a 4 camera setup at home that I have access to via my iPhone on AT&T using the iVMS-4500 app. I am using synology as my dynamic dns provider and the setup has been flawless since installation.

i recently purchased an iPad and am using T-Mobile for data. Using my iPhone settings, the iPad won't connect when on cellular. If I switch to wifi, it will connect. If I change the address setting from my xxx.synology.me address to the actual IP Address, it will connect.

Is there a known issue using dynamic dns on t-mobile? On AT&T the setup works.

I've checked other apps and safari and I can connect using my xxx.synology.me address, just not with iVMS.

try another DDNS provider.. or see if you can over-ride t-mobile's DNS servers with like google's (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4)
