Hey all. First time poster.
9 camera hikvision install today and installed mobile app on mine and customers phone. Had all cameras on my phone but upon leaving site only had one camera up. Customer had 9 still but i fear she may have the same problem soon. Can anyone lend assistance as to why this happens??.
Using port 8000 and definitely had it all working.
