Jidetech PTZ - BI will not control

I bought an inexpensive Jidetech PTZ (3 mp on Amazon) and the video is fine. Problem is that BI will not control the PTZ stuff. The Hisee App for iphone works fine with the camera so I have a cumbersome work around but I would really like to get this working properly.

I have been going back and forth with OE and they had me try a few things but it still does not work.

Any ideas?

Does the PTZ work when the camera is connected as an ONVIF device?
To check if the PTZ controls are exposed under ONVIF, test with ONVIF Device Manager.

I will try the ONVIF device manager... The camera is set up as ONVIF on the video tab..

I deleted the camera and set it up again. It works perfectly now... decent little camera.
