because the terms just wont die in the video surveillance industry, keep on reading my review for a discussion on it what it all means.

fyi I am confident I could change one or two lines in a config file stored internally on the camera and it'd magically be a NTSC camera.

Good plan. Those 2032 bullets are decent in the day but lousy at night by today's standards even with extra light. You will be much much much happier with that Starlight turret.
