Prosecutors Find Mail-In Jury Votes At 3AM, Rittenhouse Now Guilty [Satire]
KENOSHA, WI—In a stunning reversal, Kyle Rittenhouse awoke this morning to discover that he had been found guilty after all.
Prosecutors explained that during the night, they had found dozens of mail-in jury votes declaring the defendant guilty on all counts. Apparently, boxes of these mail-in votes arrived in a truck at the courthouse around 3:00 am.
Attorneys for Mr. Rittenhouse were dumbfounded as to how such a thing could have happened, raising questions as to the validity of mail-in jury voting. They stated: “We’ve never heard of this. This isn’t part of the legal system. Where did these votes even come from?”
"How DARE you question the sanctity of our criminal justice system!" cried the prosecuting attorneys. "There is no justice until EVERY vote is counted!"
Prosecutors then explained that it was a new COVID measure they had just instituted. “But given how well it’s worked out,” they said, “we’re planning on making it permanent.”

imho .. bigger problem .. many believe the communist / socialist theories are truthful thanks to the socialist / communists which have taken over the USA education system - from lower grades to higher grades ( university is dominated by leftists )

Maybe from holstered gun and someone with a slow draw, although even then, the demonstrations I've seen in favour have still allowed an officer to draw his gun to a position where he could get at least one shot off. A single shot whilst not often deadly, would probably cause an assaillant running at full pace to stagger from being unbalanced by the energy and you could simply step aside and shoot again after he ran past. But from a ready position or low ready position or from a holster with someone who's a quick draw, no chance. They'd probaly get 2 or 3 shots off.
You obviously do not know what the 21 foot rule is. It is about observation time, recognition time, decision time, and reaction time.
It takes time for you to observe that the BG is coming, time to recognize he is a threat/has a weapon, time to decide your response, and time to actually react with that response. So if that BG is less than 21 feet from you when this all 'begins', you will have a very tough time reaching a favorable outcome.
As far as a 'hit' throwing a full charging BG and making him stumble so you can step out of the way? Only in the movies.

The Tueller drill has proven to be a quite accurate barometer. Even if you are able to get a shot on the assailant, unlike in the movies, many will continue charging and you will have to deal with going hands on.
And most average Joe’s will NOT draw from concealment and get a shot on target in that 1.5-2 seconds in the first place.
