Latest Firmware for Dahua NVR 5216-16P 4KS2E - UK Based?

I'm confused about whether my NVR is running the latest firmware. According to 'UPGRADE' via Web Service it states:

System Version: V3.216.0000004.0 Build Date: 2018-12-29

'It is the latest version'

But when I checked here:

NVR5216/5232-16P-4KS2E

NVR5216/5232-16P-4KS2E

It's suggesting that there is an updated firmware release:

DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.1.R.200319

Could anyone clarify their understanding of what the latest firmware is for model Dahua NVR 5216-16P 4KS2E

You have version 3 firmware old (Graphical User Interface) and the newer version 4 with more modern (GUI) is available.
