Thanks for your help. I couldn’t get the license key so I guess I’ll just buy the new version. Mine was almost 4 years old anyway. I was able to look at the old registry by importing it into the hive With the NT user.dat file but for some reason, my registration information wasn’t in the perspective software Blue Iris subfolder.

So you have nothing in the registry at this location "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Perspective Software\Blue Iris\Registration" It appears that the activation key and support key may be encrypted or are stored elsewhere, I always keep a copy of my activation key and support keys on another system that has redundant disks, and is backed up to external media, it has saved my A$$ on several occasions!
