laview P2P down???

i tried to view cams on my Samsung S7 android phone via the LaView P2P app.
error= user name/email does not exist
i tried multiple clients' accounts as well. none worked. first time i experience this.

anyone else having this issue? how often does this occur?

i just tried another Laview app. when i tried to log in, it would just say Network Exception

im in USA. laview acknowledged problem is due to maintenance but no idea when it will be fixed (

i have clients calling me nonstop. ouch. maybe i will do DDNS instead of P2P next time.

You shouldn't be using P2P anyway, it's a security risk.
Plus the problems you are having are another reason to not depend on P2P.
Use OpenVPN instead.
