Looking for suggestion on playing pre-recorded messages

Hello all,

I have Dahua NVR and cameras at my home. I am looking for suggestion on how to play a recorded message or warning on some kind of speaker when camera detects motion or IVS detection.

I also z-wave home automation system (Vera) and also researching on z-wave speaker that can play recorded message. There are z-wave modules that can take alarm output from NVR to z-wave hub and then can activate speaker.

Looking for a simple and robust option.

Thanks. But I am looking on how to get it play...is there a device avaialble that can be used to play these sounds.
