You dont need a new pc. Your load is VERY low and now with the option to use the substream for decoding you can drop it even lower. You just need to properly optimize your current blue iris setup. You are not even using hardware acceleration.

You need to carefully go through this to optimize your Blue Iris settings. Some items are not setup correctly.

I have been reading and tweaking some things today. I already see some improvement. Thank you for the information.
