Lost contact from app to server

I had reply from BI support, said they are working on it.

Just looked and already have an update that seems to have fixed the problem, I can remote locally fine on PC's & Android.

Have to say that is very impressive, I know it should not have failed in the first place (& in quite a big way) but all software I have ever come gets bugs with some updates and this is First for me & BI.
And it all usually goes so well, never a hint of a problem so can easily forgive this especially the speed at it was fixed.

Just such good software all round, it is a pleasure to use and it is a demanding platform I would think.
Its important to disable auto update and only update a critical system when a new feature is offer or you are having issues. Also wait a few days after an update is released before using it.
