Lost His Cap at 2AM

Finally, in a break from the recent peeing apocalypse...

This guy stopped on the corner this morning for about 6 minutes. At the 26 second mark of the video he gets out of the car and takes what looks like a partially filled bottle of booze from the back seat area and puts it in the trunk. After that he finds his baseball cap and puts it on.

That's how he activates his alternate persona.
That is some corner you have there - it seems to attract all sorts of weird or unwanted activity, quite amazing.

Alcohol tends to cause public urination. Around here in the country, if the cops see a wet spot on the road they'll stop the next one or two cars they see on the suspicion that they're the ones that caused the puddle.
