Lost signal to blue iris but works on iPhone live cams pro

A few times a day one of my cameras on Blue Iris loses its signal. Then in a few minutes in comes back on all by itself.
But when I turn on my Lives Cams Pro the camera working fine.

How come camera is working on Live Cams Pro and not Blue Iris?

Increase the receive buffer. Go to camera properties>video tab>configuration, set the receive buffer to 20.
