Main/Substream and poor alert image quality

I email alerts also, and the first one is always low-res for the same reason.

Just wanted to say I'm having this issue as well. Hoping it gets fixed at some point! I previously used snapshots which worked great, but once I set up substreams, the jpegs are now terrible quality. They are physically the same size as before (2560x1440), but are of substream quality.

I tried everything I could find here and on Reddit. Nothing fixed the issue.

I eventually switched to using the camera’s line crossing detection to trigger and then SenseAI on the main stream to verify it’s a person or vehicle. Now I get both image in the email in high res.
