My first time posting, so apologies if this is not the right place to post this, if not, please advice.

I recently bought and installed the following camera kit:

6 x HiLook 8MP IPC-T282H-MU
1 x HiLook NVR NVR-108MH-C/8P NVR

The process was pretty straight forward and very user friendly, the NVR is connected to my StarLink router, I set up all the cameras (currently) with pretty all default values, I can confirm that the cameras are running the latest firmware. I have a monitor connected to the NVR via HDMI. I also downloaded the HiLook App on my iPhone and successfully added the NVR to my profile. I can stream/view all cameras from within the same network and outside the network fine.

The problem:
Ater approximately a few days one of the cameras is not fully working, by this I mean when viewing from the HiLook App on my iphone it shows that the camera is offline (which is not). When viewing directly on the NVR, there is no video on the Mainstream channel, when it is switch to the Substream channel I can see video.

I have not logged into the camera GUI via web browser (I haven't had to for the rest of cameras) to check it's setting due to limitations due to my Starlink router (but thats a separate problem).

The NVR is showing 46 Mbps bandwidth still available (its capacity is 80Mbps)

Before I dismount and swap cameras around to dismiss any cabling issue, I was hoping to get some ideas as to what the issue may be and how to fix it?

Thanks

I'd first try a hard reset of the camera if you have not already done so.

I believe hilook lacks virtual host option so continue with following:

You could connect to poe port with laptop, set your network adapter ip adress to 192.168.254.50

open browser and write the ip of camera thatgot issues, enter your credentials.

Then go to System -> maintenance -> Restore all

wait for 3 min, if camera doesnt automaticly comes online, just replug it to NVR. NVR will activate it and assign to itself.

Your link to the camera shows specs with "onboard storage of 512GB" so if there's an external door to an SD card maybe there's a reset button under that door. :idk:
