Assuming you're asking if such an app is available, my response is "very unlikely". That's because of how P2P (Peer to Peer), QR codes, clouds and the like operate. Wi-Fi at the local camera will be part of the network.

But feel free to call meshare support at 866-686-5335 and pose that question.

My sincerest apologies for your sorrow, do feel free to throw away that zmodo / funlux garbage and try again with a better brand.
