Missing plugin for Hikvision 2332 - What should I install to fix this?

I'm trying to use Safari web browser on a Mac although I would prefer using Chrome if possible. At any rate, I'm getting an error when I go to the Image > Display Settings page. What plugin is needed to allow me to see the preview? Thanks

Your better off using firefox, apart from how bad safari is as browser the plugins are never updated as fast as firefox.

I installed Firefox and I get the same black box that says "No plug-in detected". I have downloaded and installed the "Web Components" and latest Adobe Flash.

Make sure you enable the web components to run ( right hand side of the address bar) it may require a reboot after the installation.
