Mixing Cameras & NVR Compatibility

2mp dahua starlight turret...dahua nvr or my preference pc based vms like blue iris.
looks like they are rebranding dahua..but who cares what some no name online company is rebranding when you can buy dahua...
Also they likely dont sell the starlights which is what you want for low light.
Perfect, thank you. The starlight looks fantastic. Does blue iris work more seamless than an NVR? The S/W features looks pretty good.

it is much more flexible...and the mobile app is superb..
if using less than 8 cameras, milestone is free and very good as well.

Yes, four maybe five cameras at most. Milestone looks nice as well. $60 for blue iris is no big deal and if it offers better functionality it would be worth it.
