I updated BI from V4 to V5 day before yesterday but my iphone app stopped accessing blue iris when I am out while no issue when i am at home (connected to my LAN network)
what I did I deleted the info from my phone's app and re-entered still no joy
Am I missing something ?

maybe a stupid question but have you checked your external ip address hasnt changed? you can type "show my ip" into google when youre on your home network nd then check that against your configuration on your phone? Although if you used the automated method of gaining your ip addresses within the app then I doubt this will be the issue.
have you run the remote wizard through to the end to ensure your network is still accessible from outside of your lan?
