Money & Economics

Yes, current any shipment to US will meet 145% tariffs, those cheap suppliers hard to survive if add this crazy tariffs. We also stopped the shipment from China to US now. Looks like they will have some deal soon, then business can start again.
It is but a storm that will pass. Trump is trying to flex muscle as one does in business. As you know the U.S. is one of the biggest Consumers in the world. We are are the Demand and China the Supply. Trump being a business man would like that to be the other way around.

I’ve had similar questions popping up lately, so I started checking out PropTraderHub. It gave me a clearer feel for how people actually make and lose money through trading, not just what textbooks say. Seeing real trades and outcomes helped me connect dots between economic theory and how markets react in real time. It’s way more useful than just reading headlines or watching the news.

Last sales before price increases. I think they still keep 10%+20% tariffs.

Please let us know when you get info on the exact amounts for Tariff

I take it De minimis will not be restated, so all shipments will have tariffs ?
Not certain how that will work out, as that requires a lot more inspectors to work customs

It's a pissing match between two politicians which ends up being the citizens/customers of both nations being the one who gets rammed up the wazoo.
I like Trump overall, but he REALLY needs to quit doing 20 interviews a day and quit announcing every little damn thing that comes up off the top of his head.

How would I have done it? I would have announced on February 1st that tariffs would be raised/lowered to whatever the other country had their tariffs. I would state that on June 1st this goes into affect.
If the other country lowers theirs to zero, we would do the same, or if they raise, whichever... Boom.. I wouldn't say another damn word publicly until June 1st.

I am with you...but...

Trump not say a word for 4 months LOL, 4 minutes maybe, haha.

Hey I am still pleased with Trump, he is not the predictable Prick status-quo Politician. He thinks like a shrewd business man. Of course there will be pain with Trade/Tariff Wars. But the end result, I bet my wife on it, hahaha, will be better than before he started this war. So sick of us giving the world everything on a silver plater...

It's just business deals between the largest suppliers- China - and the largest consumers - USA. It kind of reminds me of "made in Japan" on everything, back when i was much younger.

Asians are smart as hell...well disciplined....but they probably have plenty of ueducated people like us. And now days if someone tells me they have a doctorate in Sociology.(they probably play ball for the college)..and..well, I think wisdom is better. Even if you call it "street smart"...it's better than lots of useless degrees.

Trump will never get the USA back to when everyone worked hard, studied hard and had a wife that taught their kids what they needed ro know, but I'd like to see most of the populace regain some of our heritage/culture from back in the day.

.......dAMN ...I MUST BE DRINKING AGAIN.......

Personally I review this on the selection I was forced to pick from ..

It was 100% clear to me the the other option was far worse ..

I am hoping we do get significantly better results along the line of what was promised.

Continuing down the ever expanding debt and weakening of usa power externally and within was certain to lead to doom.

No doubt about it....and that is usually what it is with me and the presidential election....I've voted Democrat more than republican only because I tried to think which of these two fukups I don't want. This year was verty easy....for me. And kinda crazy it wasn't more of a landslide....but Trump can and is his worst enemy.

Wake me up when the "Brown Shirts" are approaching my home, or my local bar.
