Motion Detection going Crazy

Ok so I set up motion detection and set the sensitivity to 20 percent. Than set up email... so as to email when motion detected. Problem is its goinf crazy... there is no motion yet I keep getting emails and pics... what should I do? At first it was set to 80 percent... i got like 500 emails... set it to 20 still lots of emails every few mins. Any suggestions welcome.

Motion can be quite subtle - changes in light and shade, shadows etc.
You haven't mentioned an NVR, so presumably this is just the camera.
If you enable 'Rules' and watch the Live View (I assume you've no recordings) you will be able to see where motion is detected.

In which case you can also look at recordings to see where motion was detected.
'Rules' is in the Local Configuration. You also need to enable 'Dynamic Analysis' in Events.
