Hi guys, new on using BI, just wanted to ask about motion detection settings where it records to the slightest movement of an object please?

I've been trying to set it up but still it doesn't react to the slightest movement.

Thank you

and cheers!

Min. Object size - 100 (lowest)
Min. contrast 12 (lowest)
Object detection>odject travels - 16

That's my settings so far I also check "use zones and hotspot" and I left the default settings like it covers everything.

post a screenshot...
what is your make time?
if you want to capture even the slightest movement you need to setup a hot spot, but doing that defeats the entire purpose of motion detection...you will get false alerts..

Thank you, I got it, I use hotspot as you've suggested, and it worked.

Make time is 1.0 sec

something is wrong with your settings if nothing else works...I dont suggest using hotspot...its just going to false 99 percent of the time...its useless.
