the problem is you have a grey market camera and Hikvision hates you for that..
 
The camera is a CN region camera and the DVR is not.
Part of Hikvision's attempts to inhibit what some call 'grey market sales', what others call buying items on-line at lower cost by removing the 'authorised distributor' layer.
