I do have a key that I purchased for another build, but I never did that build.
Need CPU Advice?

Then 70 bux for a system like that is a good deal...its play money...note that there is a high probability that the machine either came licensed for w10 (if it was built later in 2015) or was at some point upgraded to 10. So I would first try to install 10 using the ms media creation tool and see if it activates.
