Need help to set my camera settings to get live view

Hi,
I have system of Hikvision, cameras + NVR,
NVR Model - DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P
Camera 1 - DS-2CD2042WD-I
Camera 2 - DS-2CD2342WD-I
Router - TP-Link Archer C7
Screen - Dell 23" (not 4K)
Internet Download - 25 mb/s
Internet Upload - 0.625 mb/s
(Yes I know, that internes is slow, I live in Israel )
*The NVR connected direct to my router

I use Internet Explorer to see the live preview of the camera, for some reason I can't get the live privew, It's not load, just to clearfy, the "sub stream" works good but with low quality.
I want to see the live preview but with good quality.

Really need your help please.
In future I want to replece these cameras with newer versions (any recommendations?)
Also I want to add some IR light to see better in night.

Will not work with your internet speed

Reduce bit rate, frame rate, resolution.

Just to understand, when I have cameras, what's important in internet speed, upload / download or both?

And to how much reduce to get good view? (understand what I see in screen)
