Need help with setting up Hikvison DS-2DE7430IW-AE

Hi,
I have a new Hikvison DS-2DE7430IW-AE and I am having trouble getting BI to talk to it.
I am using the older Blue Iris 3.66, I havent had time to upgrade yet. Just having trouble getting the Hikvision to talk back to it. I tried using all 3 options for Hikvision with no luck.
I have attached a screenshot with the network configuration info.
Any suggestions?

blue iris 4 has significant performance and security updates....the upgrade fee is 30 dollars...well worth it...start with that..
fyi you have selected hikvison NVR's in the dropdown, not the cameras.
