Need some help with PTZ firmware

I have 2 PTZ 3mp Chinese generic cameras that were working fine, suddenly we experienced the pink IR tinge. After some Google research on the issue, a post came upon this site, which I have read all 7 pages and learned a lot. I have posted my issues there but have had no replies, so I'm hoping for some help with my own post.

Camera 1 NG4RT-32718 my first purchase to experience this problem firmware ID 0559B0 the Chinese supplier from Amazon eventually sent me a file to upload from their drop ship supplier but this fails to upgrade using CMS or Onvif device manager. I have the heavy pink-red tinge and no ptz anymore. The file they sent is not the correct file for this camera according to its file name

Camera 2 NZ4RN-32718 0559CD firmware ID this has the same issue and was bought from Aliexpress again was working fine for a couple of weeks. I think the new NVR I bought has done an Auto upgrade.
I have been supplied a link to an XM Chinese site with the correct ID for the firmware, this was a Zip file which contained 5 files with the headings such as:- FixAutoIR, FixDoubleL FixStarIR, FixWarmL, and GeneralIPC .

I have installed each file and power down reset each of the 5 files, this has fixed the Pink IR issue on this camera but not the PTZ and focus issues.
Can any one help with the correct Firmware for camer 1 0559B0 and PTZ firmware for camera 2 0559CD

I started off with a recommended Hikvision 8 camera setup and 8 channel Hikvision NVR from a local CCTV specialist, I have since added additional cameras from other manufacturers separate to the Hikvision system. I have since added an additional 16 channel NVR allowing me to view and record all the cameras, I made an error counting and I should have bought a 25 or 32 channel NVR. I now have a 32 channel NVR H.265+ mother board which replaces the 16 channel.

I could view all the cameras on the 16 channel but not the 32 that looses connection with 2 of the cameras this appears to be an onvif compatability issue. It would be nice to get these working with the 32 but is not essential. My main issue is to try and restore the hacked firmware back on the 2 30x PTZ Chinese cameras. Any help would be gratefully appreciated TIA
 
I have the same problem please help, I can't use PTZ function and I tried to change firmware but for no there is no positive outcome
